Complaints Policy

Sometimes things don’t always happen as we would like.  At the Academy we are always willing to listen to put things right as all complaints however big or small are important to us. Complaints could include if you are unhappy with training, services we offer, member of the team, information given or anything else you are dissatisfied with.

First of all, therefore contact us immediately by email or phone.
However, if you are not satisfied with our initial response, you can submit a written complaint by letter.  All written complaints should be addressed to the Academy Director, Abby Whittaker.  Our formal complaints procedure is available by clicking this link.
